Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
Look, privacy policies are usually boring legal stuff that nobody reads. We get it. So we're gonna try to keep this human. Here's the deal with your data and how we handle it.
What We Collect (And Why)
Your email and name
When you book a call, we need a way to contact you. That's it. We're not gonna spam you or sell your email to anyone. Promise.
Payment info
We use Stripe for payments. Your card details go directly to them—we never see or store your full card number. Stripe is really good at keeping that stuff secure. Way better than we'd be.
Booking details
Times you've booked, which listener you talked to. Basic stuff we need to actually run the service. We don't keep notes on what you talked about—that's your business.
What We Don't Do
- ✕We don't record your calls. Ever. What you say stays between you and your listener.
- ✕We don't sell your data. To anyone. For any reason. Not how we make money.
- ✕We don't share your info with "partners" or "affiliates" or whatever.
- ✕We don't keep detailed notes about your conversations. Listeners might remember stuff but we don't have files on you.
The Cookie Thing
Yeah, we use cookies. Mostly just the boring technical ones that make the website work—like remembering you're logged in so you don't have to sign in every two seconds.
We might use some analytics to see how people use the site (so we can make it better), but nothing creepy. No tracking you around the internet or building profiles on you or whatever.
Services We Use
We work with a few other companies to run this thing:
Stripe
Handles payments. They're huge and have really strict security. Your payment info is in good hands.
Our hosting provider
Keeps the website running. They see server logs and stuff but nothing personal about your calls.
Your Data, Your Call
Want to know what data we have on you? Just ask. Want us to delete it? We can do that too. Email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
If you're in Europe, you've got GDPR rights. If you're in California, you've got CCPA rights. We respect all that stuff. Basically: your data is yours, and we'll help you do whatever you want with it.
How We Keep Things Safe
We use encryption (the HTTPS padlock thing). We keep our systems updated. We don't store sensitive stuff we don't need. Standard security practices, nothing fancy but nothing sloppy either.
That said—no system is 100% bulletproof. We do our best but we're not gonna pretend we're the Pentagon or something.
If This Policy Changes
If we ever make big changes to how we handle your data, we'll let you know. Email, website notice, something. We're not gonna quietly change things and hope you don't notice.
Questions?
If anything here is confusing or you want more details, just reach out. Email us at [email protected]. We'll actually respond.
